How long does shipping take?
We operate out of an overseas warehouse and try our best to ship out packages as soon as possible.
If we have warehouse stock, your order will be shipped out the same day.
If we are out of warehouse stock, your order will take up to 3 days to ship out.
Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom will typically arrive in 10-14 days. Please contact us for other shipping questions.
Please allow up to three weeks for delivery to other countries.

The adapter is compatible with the 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, and X.
After plugging in my adapter it says device not compatible, should I be worried?
No, our adapters are perfectly safe to use and this message pops up due to malfunctions in the phone firmware. You will have no issues with charging and listening to music.
